Murder Trial of Evington Man

A Campbell County jury is hearing the case of an Evington man accused of killing his ex-wife’s husband.    Prosecutors say Mickey Lee Greene fatally shot Terry Alan Harless twice with premeditated intent because he believed Harless molested his teenage daughter.   The defense claims Greene snapped after confronting Harless and that Greene had reason to believe that Harless might harm him. Trial continues today in Campbell County Circuit Court.
