The most popular names given to babies in Virginia are William and Isabella. That’s according to Social Security Online, which reports 612 newborn males were named William last year, while 491 people named their newborn female, Olivia. Jacob and Michael round-out the top three for boys. Sophia and Isabella are two and three for girls.
