A pediatric dental practice affiliated with Virginia Commonwealth University is facing a Wrongful death lawsuit. The mother of a 6-year-old boy who died while being treated a year ago has filed the $5 million suit against the VCU Dental Faculty Practice Association, a dentist and two nurse anesthetists. The complaint says they were caring for Jacobi Hill when he died in May 2010.
