Deligate Says A Judge Will Decide Redistricting

A major player in the dispute over how to redraw Virginia’s congressional districts says the final say will probably belong to a federal judge anyway. Del. Bill Janis says the two sides could pass a bill as early as this month and then let the feds take over.
