Deadline for Lynchburg Film Contest is Extended

The deadline for submitting a short film for the “Lights, Camera, Lynchburg.” contest has been extended until Friday, October 21. Lynchburg’s marketing office is offering more than $4,000 in cash and prizes for filmmakers who can creatively describe, in three minutes or less, what makes Central Virginia such a great place to live. All videos have to be shot in Lynchburg.  There are categories for both amateurs and professionals. The top three winners will be announced on November 11.
