Innovative Wireless Technologiesbought the more than 36,000-square-foot building for $960,000 in May, according to city records. T The building has been unoccupied since 2005, when a new courthouse opened.
7/23/12: Innovative Wireless Technologies will be moving to the former federal courthouse on Main Street next month. The move will give the company more than three times the space of its two facilities in Forest. Innovative Wireless develops and produces wireless products, services and software for commercial markets and the federal government.
