Virginia’s storm-related death toll is now at least 12. The governor’s office announced yesterday a fatality in Richmond has been added to the list. This was the first storm-related death reported in the Richmond area. And the sheriff’s office in Loudoun County said yesterday a utility worker from Florida crashed after her truck had brake problems.
