Investigation Into Goode Petition

State Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli is being asked by the State Board of Elections to look into petitions which look to get Virgil Goode on the presidential ballot in Virginia. Goode is a Constitution Party candidate. Secretary of the elections board Don Palmer says on some petitions, the same person appears to have written in many of the names. Goode says his campaign has collected over 14-thousand signatures. Virginia requires ten thousand signatures from among registered voters in order to get on the ballot.
