Vice-Prez Surprizes H.S Football Players

The football team from George Washington High School in Danville had a surprise visit from Vice President Joe Biden Monday night. Biden is in the area to speak at the Institute for Advanced Learning and Researchlater this morning. The GW Eagles did not know the vice president would be stopping by their practice until thewy saw the motorcade come to the field at about 6 p.m. The Vice President’s visit with the team lasted for about 30-minutes.
