Members of Lynchburg City Council will join the presidents of the area colleges for a luncheon meeting of the Town & Gown Initiative on Wednesday, September 12 at 12:00 p.m., at Virginia University of Lynchburg’s Humbles Hall Boardroom, 2058 Garfield Avenue. The primary goal of the Town & Gown initiative is to strengthen ongoing relationships and partnerships between the City and the area institutions of higher learning.
The Town & Gown meetings are held quarterly, and each institution will host a meeting on a rotating basis.
