Building From The Past Will House Future Occupants

Two developers say they will convert two more historic buildings in downtown Lynchburg into residential lofts. One address, “1300 Main,” would comprise around a dozen units and offer a ground-floor grocery. At “1220 Main Street,” plans call for four residences along with retail space.
