Fake Secret Service Agent Sentenced

A Falls Church man cried yesterday at sentencing before a federal judge in Lynchburg who gave John Dahlquist one year and one day in prison for impersonating a Secret Service agent. Dahlquist said he did it to impress a Lynchburg woman with whom he had a relationship. Prosecutors said he faked being a federal agent to try to get the woman to sign over her house.
