Virginia State Police are investigating a glider crash in Nelson County that injured the pilot. 46-year-old Presley W. Moore of Staunton suffered serious but non-life threatening injuries. Moore was hurt when the glider, which was being towed for takeoff by a small airplane, caught its wing on the ground and flipped. It happened Saturday in a field along Route 151 in Roseland.
