Guilty Plea For Nelson County Serial Burglar

An Arrington man has pled guilty to four burglary charges and three grand larceny charges stemming from several 2011 break-ins. 19 year old, Jamie Paige admitted to breaking into the Montreal Baptist Church in Shipman last August and taking money. He also confessed to committing three other burglaries in the area, including a deceased neighbor’s home, a storage shed near Lake Nelson where he stole copper tubing and the Corner Market in Shipman where he stole several pieces of power equipment. Paige will be sentenced on Nov. 27 in Nelson County Circuit Court.
