Heating Assistance Applications Are Now Being Accepted

Virginians seeking financial assistance for the 2012-13 heating season through the Virginia Energy Assistance program can apply beginning today. The Virginia Department of Social Services administers the federally funded Low-Income Home Energy Assistance program. Eligible consumers can file applications at their local Department of Social Services office.
