Internationally Known Stylist Opens Hair Academy In Mall

The Sylvain Melloul International Hair Academy opened this weekend at River Ridge mall. The academy is the first tenant of its kind at the mall. Melloul began his hairdressing career more than 50 years ago in France. He opened his first salon in Washington, D.C. in 1974.
