Are you worried about identity theft? Watch your old, outdated, legal and personal papers turned into confetti, and help your community! The Kodiak Shredding truck will be at the Lynchburg Public Library, 2315 Memorial Avenue, on Saturday, October 20 from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Kodiak provides secure document destruction on-site.
Everyone is invited to bring their personal, legal and tax papers for shredding. The cost is $10 for a standard copy paper box (cash or checks only). Staples and paper clips can be left attached. The shredding is done immediately, and you get to watch a video of the entire process while it’s happening.
This public service is sponsored by the Friends of the Lynchburg Public Library. Funds raised will be used to support the library Volunteer Program, Youth Summer Reading Program, and other activities.
