Man Gets Out Of His Home During Early Morning Fire

Fire crews responded to a house fire early Friday morning in Bedford County. Officials say the fire started in an attic at a home on Lankford Mill Road. According to WSET, there was one person in the home at the time of the fire. He was able to get out in time but burned his hand. All of his pets were rescued as well. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
