A Lynchburg man has been sentenced for filming up women’s skirts. Ryan Wogomon was accused of using his cell phone to film the women at multiple city stores in June. Wogomon pleaded guilty Thursday to unlawful filming, a misdemeanor. The judge sentenced him to 20 days on the first charge, a six-month suspended on the second and a year suspended sentence on the third charge. Prosecutors believed all of the women filmed were random victims
