An economic study suggests an NBA team could move to Virginia Beach as soon as next year. The city is considering whether to build an arena in hopes of luring an NBA or NHL team to town. Comcast-Spectacor in Philadelphia has said an NBA franchise is considering relocating to Virginia Beach, but it doesn’t specify which one.
