Six Year Old Nearly Kidnapped In Roanoke

Two men are sought in the attempted kidnapping of a six-year-old Roanoke County boy. Investigators say the suspects drove a white SUV up to the child on Peyton Street in the Summerdean subdivision late Monday afternoon and tried to coax him into the car. Instead, the boy went to his grandfather’s home and told him what happened, and the grandfather contacted police.
