Lynchburg Municipal Offices will be closed on November 22-23 in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday. Trash, bulk, and brush will not be collected on Thanksgiving Day. Thursday trash routes will be collected on Friday, November 23. The Regional Landfill on Concord Turnpike will be CLOSED on Thanksgiving Day.
