Co-Presidents Named At D-Day Memorial

The National D-Day Memorial Foundation in Bedford has named April Cheek-Messier and Jeffrey R. Fulgham as co-presidents. They’re taking over after former president Robin Reed stepped down in September. Cheek-Messier has worked for the foundation since January 2001 and Fulgham since 2003. The news comes as the financially struggling DDay Memorial awaits word on whether it will become part of the National Park Service.
