The big winners in the historic Powerball jackpot may be in Arizona and Missouri, but the Virginia Lottery says four tickets sold in the Commonwealth are worth $1 million each. WSLS reports the four one-million dollar tickets were sold in Daleville, Richmond, Harrisonburg, and Arlington.
