Man Hit By Car

A Lynchburg man is in the hospital after police say he was hit by a car Monday night. Officers were called to the intersection of Park and Floyd just after 9:00. Witnesses say car’s driver didn’t see the man crossing the street. The impact smashed the car’s windshield and tore off his front bumper. No word on the man’s condition.
