Lynchburg police say someone broke into three cars outside of Linkhorne Elementary School between 5 and 7 yesterday evening. According to the Police, the owners of the vehicles came out, following an event at the school, to discover shattered glass, and two of the vehicles missing an unknown amount of cash.
