State Parks & Others Offer Specials For Veteran’s Day

Events are planned all weekend through Monday across Central Virginia in observance of Veteran’s Day. Various organizations, groups and businesses in Lynchburg and surrounding areas are will hosting ceremonies and offering special deals. The Lynchburg Museum and Point of Honor will be open free of charge from noon until 4 o’clock on Sunday. Virginia State Parks will be waiving parking and admission fees for all visitors on Veterans Day, Sunday, Nov. 11.
