Woman Killed After Crashing Into School Bus

A woman is dead after her speeding car went out of control and crashed into the front of a Roanoke County school bus yesterday morning. A county spokeswoman tells the “Roanoke Times” Donna Divers of Wirtz died at the scene of the crash in the 52-hundred block of Hunting Hills Drive. A passenger in the car suffered serious injuries, but neither the bus driver nor three special education students from Cave Spring Middle School were badly hurt.
