A Lynchburg woman who worked as a caretaker is admitting she used a patient’s debit card to steal more than 12-thousand-dollars from her. In Lynchburg Circuit Court yesterday, 46-year-old Evora Askins pleaded guilty to nearly 30 fraud and theft charges linked to the incidents involving 75-year-old Sue Anderson earlier this year. Prosecutors say that Askins did not think she was paid enough to do her job.
