Bypass Crash Send Two To Hospital

Two people were injured in a two-car crash on the Route 29 Bypass in Amherst County late yesterday afternoon. It happened about a half-mile north of Lynchburg and the James River. One person was flown to the hospital, and another was taken by ambulance to a hospital. Traffic was detoured to Route 130 for a couple of hours.
