Two Robberies Cause Ferrum Campus To Lockdown

Ferrum College is on lockdown after two students were robbed at gunpoint during separate robberies last night. The first happened around 9:15, the second moments later. Neither student was hurt but both were threatened with a gun. Students were alerted to stay in a safe location. Ferrum College Police and the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department are looking for a suspect.
