Man Doesn’t Stop In The Name Of The Law

A Nathalie man faces multiple drug and driving charges following a police chase that began early Monday morning when. Authorities say 34-year-old Keith M. Ewing was clocked on radar running 70 mph–accelerating to speeds nearing 90 mph once a deputy tried to stop the vehicle for a speeding violation. Officers say Ewing never stopped at several intersections; after nearly collided with a tractor trailer he crashed and fled on foot. He has been charged with DUI, refusing a blood or breath test, resisting arrest, eluding police, speeding, reckless driving, possessing marijuana and driving with no license.
