The Tree Is A “Page-Turner”

The Lynchburg Public Library on Memorial Avenue has a unique Christmas tree on display: It’s made entirely out of books. The five-foot tall tree is made up of used volumes of the now withdrawn “Contemporary Authors” series. The library is inviting people to guess how many books are in the book tree, and the winner will receive a stocking of chocolate. The contest runs through December 21st.
