Thief Steals Nativity Figures

Bedford County sheriff’s office is seeking the thief or thieves who walked away with figures of the baby Jesus, Mary and Joseph, the three wise men, and array of barnyard animals. The figures were part of a nativity scene outside the Shiloh United Methodist Church in Forest. Some of the figures are a half-century old and were recently repainted. They turned up missing Monday morning.
