Baby At Scene Of Meth Bust

Franklin County authorities say a nine-month-old child was found at the scene of a meth bust in Rocky Mount early Sunday morning. As 27-year-old Robert Bernard Jr. was being arrested, the infant was taken from the mother who was also inside the house, but not arrested. Bernard not only faces two drug charges but one of abuse and neglect of a child related to the presence of the nine-month-old.
