Local Man Takes Parkinson Issue To Congress

David Chedester was first diagnosed with Parkinson’s at 27. Now, two years later, the Moneta man will soon ask Congress for more research funding for the disease. Chedester and other members of Parkinson’s Action Network are in DC this week to lobby lawmakers. Last year he published a book about finding perseverance through Parkinson’s, and he’s started a non-profit group to raise money for his cause.
