A Roanoke man was arrested Wednesday on a charge that he molested a 4-year-old. 27 year old, Christopher Allen Wise was indicted Monday on a charge of aggravated sexual battery. A family member reported that the girl was molested by an acquaintance on Nov. 14th; Wise was identified as the suspect.
