A Lynchburg man is dead following a single-vehicle crash in Campbell County. Police say 64-year-old Bobby Hughes drove his pickup off the road just after 8:15 yesterday morning in the 14-hundred block of Camp Hydaway Road, just southeast of the Lynchburg city line. Hughes was not wearing a seat belt and shortly after his vehicle overturned, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
