Man Pleads Not Guilty To Stabbing Death

A Lynchburg man accused of stabbing another man to death in Gretna is pleading not guilty to a murder charge. Twenty-four-year-old James Santangelo the Second entered his plea yesterday in County Circuit Court in the July 2012 killing of 52-year-old Charles Ooten. Authorities say the two men got into a fight after Santangelo arrived at Ooten’s home in the 200 block of Iona Drive.
