Man Sentenced Today Still Faces Capital Murder Charges

The man charged with murdering a Campbell County woman pleaded no contest Monday to charges that he used the woman’s credit card and eluded police. Anthony Witt will spend seven months in prison on each of those charges. Witt was indicted earlier this month on capital murder charges and robbery in the death of Barbara Martin. If convicted he could face the death penalty.
