A dubious distinction for Norfolk: It’s listed as the second drunkest city in America, according to the website, “The Daily Beast.” The article says the average adult living in Norfolk consumes about 15 alcoholic drinks a month. Also, 20 percent of the population is classified as binge drinkers. Boston ranked number one.
