School Changes Are Possible In Campbell County

The Campbell County School board is considering a plan to combine the county’s current middle and high schools into four new buildings by 2028. The proposal would create new middle and high schools on the county’s east and west sides with an estimated price tag of 184-million dollars. Superintendent Robert Johnson is asking the board to vote on it next month or March. Campbell County supervisors would still have to decide how to fund the project.
