State Ranks Fourth For Education Readiness

The annual Quality Counts report issued by the publication, “Education Week,” shows Virginia ranked fourth best in the state rankings for a fifth straight year. The commonwealth posted a “B” grade as the report noted progress in promoting college and career readiness. Only Maryland, Massachusetts and New York ranked ahead of Virginia in the latest report.
