A Rocky Mount man is under arrest on charges he was running a meth lab at his home. The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office took 27-year-old Robert Bernard into custody Sunday after they say they found methamphetamine, manufacturing equipment and precursor chemicals during a search of the home on Edgemont Street. Additionally, Bernard is charged with abuse and neglect of children.
