Two people in Franklin County face drug charges following a raid Wednesday on a suspected methamphetamine laboratory near Callaway. Media outlets report, investigators seized what they believe to be meth along with chemicals and equipment in a detached garage. 43 year old, Connie Marie Young, of Rocky Mount was arrested and charged with one count of possession of a Schedule I or II drug. 40 year old, Frank Wendell Austin faces the same charges plus intent to distribute. Austin was out on bond, already facing similar charges from a Nov. 29 arrest. He is now being held without bond.
