Virginia Filmed Movie About Lincoln is Nominated For Oscar

Virginia’s top tourism official couldn’t be happier with the success of the movie “Lincoln” in the Oscar nominations announced yesterday. “Lincoln” was filmed entirely in Virginia and Rita McClenny who is president and CEO of the Virginia Tourism Corporation is overjoyed with the movie’s 12 Oscar nominations. She says the state is ready to welcome movie fans to the Commonwealth as the move along the “Lincoln Movie Trail to visit the sites where this Oscar nominated film was made.”
