Warmer Air Could Bring Storms By Mid-Week

What a difference a day makes. This morning’s ice will be only a memory as warm air returns to the region with nearly 20 degrees above average temperatures expected tomorrow. The spring-like temps will set the stage for possible severe weather by Wednesday afternoon. Another cold front coming our way mid-week will collide with the warm air– increasing the likelihood of showers and thunderstorms. Forecasters say the threat with any storms that develops would be gusty straight-line winds and strong damaging wind gusts.
