Attorney General Decides Not To Resign

Democrats are attacking Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli over his decision to remain in office while he runs for governor. They are circulating a videotape produced by a liberal group that points out the last attorneys general who ran for governor resigned in the months before the election. Cuccinelli says he is keeping his word to remain in office and finish his job.
