Justice Department Will Decide On Polling Place Change

Lynchburg City Council has approved moving the Ward IV polling
place from the Elks Lodge to Cornerstone Community Church. The change came about after voters complained of the smell of smoke at the lodge. The move still has to be approved by the Justice Department, which could take a few months. Voters in the precinct will be notified by mail of the change.
