Lynchburg College Student Found Dead

Authorities say a Lynchburg College student passed away on campus Sunday night. At around 8:30 p.m. police and EMS crews responded to a dorm on campus and found sophomore Nick Johnson of New Jersey unresponsive. CPR was performed Johnson but it was too late and he passed away from medical reasons. An autopsy is pending; no foul play or suicide is suspected. The student’s parents have been notified.
